Secure Your Login with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Follow the steps below to install Google Authenticator and activate 2FA on your administrator account.

Install Google Authenticator (Android)

Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
Search for “Google Authenticator”.
Install the app published by Google LLC.
After installation, keep your phone ready for scanning the QR code in the next step.

Open Your 2FA Settings on This Website

1. Log in to pearlshiningphoto.com with your admin credentials.
2. In the WordPress dashboard, go to:
Wordfence → Login Security
3. Click the “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)” tab.
4. You will see your personal QR code on this page.

Connect Google Authenticator to Your Account

1. Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
2. Tap “Get started” or the (+) button.
3. Choose “Scan a QR code”.
4. Scan the QR code shown on this site’s 2FA setup page.
5. A new 6-digit code for your account will appear in the app.

Activate 2FA on This Site

1. On the Login Security → 2FA page, find the six-digit code field.
2. Enter the current 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app.
3. Click “Activate” to complete setup.
4. Download or save your Recovery Codes in a safe place.

How to Log In After 2FA Is Enabled

1. Enter your username and password.
2. When prompted, open the Google Authenticator app.
3. Enter the 6-digit code for pearlshiningphoto.com.
4. Click Log In.
